Fits Small up to Large size,will fit right up to Plus size Lady, I am size 18 and still plenty of room, see from the photos of how they are draping over the edges, on the hangers, a small person can wrap in around several times, but it's still great for plus sizes, does not gape open, has the proper eyelets and very long straps bands, I will include measurements

Measurements
Skirt Band is 51 inches-130cm- full width across
Length-The Green Ethnic Print Layer is 36 inches-92 cm long, and the Pink Layer is 4 inches shorter, so that you get that double effect,
The ties are long too, in order to do the halter neck dress effects, total width of band and ties is 200cm
The garment is straight around, the photo look like it might not be, and even if you are a plus size, this silk fabric hangs beautiful on the body, and if you are smaller, it does look bulky when you wrap it around a few times as the fabric is so fine, a lovely thing to wear
Wear it as Beach wear, evening wear, great for parties, just divine, very gypsy BoHo, endless ways to wear this
